If the motor test within betaflight works fine then I'd say it's all working. when i try to take off one motor will not properly start spinning. same if i try stabilized flight and turn the quad in my hand. all 3 motors work against it but this one not. now trying if PWM, dshot, etc. make a difference and individual ESC calibration. 1) - Remove the prop from the plane (very important for safety). 2) - Turn off your radio. 3) - Remove the battery from the plane. 4) - Turn on your radio and set the throttle stick all the way up to full throttle. 5) - Plug the battery into the plane. 6) - You will hear the ESC beep twice (two quick beeps. 1.ESC emit only 3 Beeps instead of 5 Beeps when I connect my battery. 2.Motors do not Spin 3.I cannot connect ESCs to BlHeli Suite. Sometimes a motor stopped from spinning can damage an esc. And a bad esc can damage a motor. If the motor has gotten really hot and the coils have gotten dark, replace that motor. A damaged esc often can not be seen, you have to connect a motor to it to find out. So you may need both. Swap a motor from another arm and give the throttle a quick.

I know the ESCs and motors work cause if I hook the ESC directly to chanel 5 of my receiver I can move the throttle up and down and control the motors.

I'm not sure what is wrong exactly, but the likeliness of 4 ESCs going bad simultaneously is extremely slim. I'd rule that out for the time being. I had an issue like this where the looptime was too low or the escs didn't like beta one or the other. Changed back to 1.11 or something stable with 1200 looptime and was good. Low turn mod motors used in Drag Racing are completely different than high turn Spec motors and like a lot less timing. With low turn motors we like only 5 to 10deg of static timing in motor and add any more that is needed in the esc (Dynamic Timing) as the rpms are increasing. 30 or 40degs of total timing in a low turn motor is a lot !!!. 99% the motor starts spinning. When you have done that, then back up, undo your throttle channel reversal and swap any 2 of the 3 wire connections between motor and ESC. When you are sure everything is working right, center up all the electronic trims, then mechanically adjust control surfaces for neutral.
